Financial Increase

My employer, Crosby ISD, went through a terrible financial crisis last year with 128 staff losing their jobs due to a severe budget shortfall. We were told there would be no salary increases for the 2019-20 School year. However, on Monday I received word that due to the State Education Funding bill that I am going to receive a $5000 raise this year! I still see this as God’s provision but I’ll let you decide whether or not to include it in your totals. Additionally my wife teaches private piano lessons in our home and she now has a FULL studio which means even more financial increase in our home. By my calculations that will also be an increase of $1880 compared to last semester. God is good!
