Pay-in-Full Discount: A 10% discount will be offered to First or Second Year students (not Retakes) who pay-in-full by 9/1/26.

Examples:
VCC Member: $639.90
Non-Member: $720.90

Family Discount: A 10% discount will be offered to students with immediate household family members who are taking EPIC during the 2026-2027 school year.

Example:
Husband & Wife (VCC Members) are both taking Year 1 for the first time:
$711 x 2 =$1422
$1422 - $142.20 (10% discount) = $1279.80 total Tuition due for the couple (excludes App & Supply fee)

Installment plans are offered to all students. We divide your total tuition due into 9-monthly payments from September through May. Monthly installments are due on the 1st Tuesday of the month, regardless of attendance. If you are absent 2 weeks out of the month, you are still responsible for that month’s installment payment. If you are a late enrollee to the class, you are still responsible for all 9 installments.


Late Fee: A $10 non-payment late fee will be added after the 2nd week of class. Payments should be made online by logging into your EPIC portal. Check & cash is accepted in-person on the 1st & 2nd Tuesdays of the month.

As part of the application process, you will be required to pay a small fee, which covers the costs associated with processing your application. If you are a late enrollee (8/10-9/18) this fee increases to $60. We encourage all students to apply early during our Free Enrollment Period with $0 applications (3/15-4/19).

Child 2+ - $15 per month, per child

1 child = $20 per month
2 children = $35 per month
3 children = $50 per month

EPIC does not currently offer any scholarships for students.

The supply fee is for materials (binders, curriculum, folders, handouts, etc.) needed throughout the school year. This excludes the cost of your required reading books. For Second Year students, the first workbook is included in your supply fee, the other two workbooks are your responsibility. Retake students are still responsible for their supply fee whether you keep your existing materials or not.
